For clients who choose on-site support, we're there on move day to oversee the process and handle anything that comes up. We also document your property's condition in full — a timestamped report that protects your deposit and provides clear evidence if questions arise at handover. Available with our Managed and Fully Managed packages, or as a standalone property inspection report from SGD 250.
