A dated, room-by-room record with photographs of what is reasonably visible in a property on the day, made at move-in or move-out. It is evidence of the property's condition, not protection: Singapore has no statutory deposit protection scheme.
A condition report on its own is from SGD 200, set by the property's size. Move management is a flat fee set by the property's size and whether it is one property or two, quoted on WhatsApp once we know your dates.
