Document the property's existing condition before your tenancy begins. If anything is later disputed at handover, your report is your evidence.

Relocating within Singapore

If you're moving from one property to another, you may need documentation at both ends — a move-out record for your current home and a move-in record for the new one.

Security deposits in Singapore typically represent one to two months' rent. On a mid-range condo, that is commonly between SGD 5,000 and SGD 10,000. Without a condition report, any dispute at handover becomes a question of recollection — yours against your landlord's.

The property inspection report is available as a standalone service, starting at SGD 400, with pricing based on property size and scope. There is no requirement to use our move coordination service alongside it.
