At 1,000–1,499 sqft: adding a property condition report to Managed comes to SGD 2,080 in total. Fully Managed — with the report already included and a second on-site day — is SGD 2,200. For most clients at this size, it's worth doing the maths.
Most people come to us for move coordination. But the property condition report is its own thing — and you can book it whether you're moving with us or not.
A condition report is a room-by-room photographic record of your property's state at a specific point in time. Move-in, move-out, or both. Every defect, mark, and worn surface captured and timestamped before it can be disputed.
Security deposits in Singapore are commonly one to two months' rent. On a mid-range condo that's SGD 6,000 to 10,000 sitting at risk. A condition report is the clearest protection you have if your landlord raises a deduction at the end of your lease.
Every report includes 200+ timestamped photos, a room-by-room PDF delivered within 48 hours, and a deposit dispute guide. Standalone reports start from SGD 280, with pricing based on property size.
