At 1,000–1,500 sqft: adding a property condition report to Managed comes to SGD 2,100 in total. Fully Managed — with the report already included and a second on-site day — is SGD 2,200. For most clients at this size, it's worth doing the maths.
A property condition report gives you a timestamped, photo-evidenced record of your home at move-in. If there are any questions about your deposit at the end of your lease, you'll have something clear and specific to refer back to. It's one of those things expats in Singapore consistently wish they'd sorted on day one.
Every report includes a deposit dispute guide — a plain-language walkthrough of what to do if your landlord raises a deduction at move-out.
